Back in 2002 I was in a small club at the place I live and I heard the first release of LCD Soundsystem. I just stood there and listen to the beat and the words spoken. As I recognized that he told me of the whole history of modern music I felt really speachless. The next day I went to my local record store to get me this single. What happened was, that he didn’t have the record right now. So I had to wait for several days to get it. I still remember that this little shit of music was on heavy rotation on my turntable. And it still have the magic, even if it ist more than ten years ago.
